Ghost "Site is starting up..." after 1-2 hours

Hi there,

I have been having the issue of Ghost showing a “Site is starting up…” message every 1-2 hours or so when I revisited the site.

I was able to access the site after some seconds of startup. The database was around 200 KB. But this issue kept returning.

I would really appreciate it if you guys have any suggestions for this.
