Thanks for the guidance @vikaspotluri123 but lately I realized what I was looking for. I want to do something like this thing mentioned at this discussion Create hierarchical URL structure (dynamic routing) for Pages and URL Structure and Mix of static and dynamic content. Basically I understood that why everytime my the posts appeared under authors and also displayed the comments maybe because I was supposed to use pages instead. My bad even after understanding this, I am unable to implement it as given in that discussion.
