the Source theme page says, “Select from three different font styles — modern sans-serif, elegant serif and consistent mono.”
How do I change the font?

To switch between those three, you go to settings (the gear icon) > design & branding (click customize once you find it), then look through the settings (note there are multiple tabs) on the right side.
