How to fix footer to bottom on short pages?

Hi! I’m customizing the default Casper theme to my liking, there is only one thing that I can’t achieve no matter what I try.
The default footer is very nice and only visible when scrolling to the bottom of any page. The problem is that if I have a page with minimal content, the footer is in the middle of the screen like this:

Is there any way to force the footer to the bottom of the page but still keep the default (only visible when scrolling all the way to the bottom) behaviour?
