Image uploads - Thumbnails not displaying

When publishing Posts/Pages - Uploading images will succeed, And look OK in page preview

When published and viewed on live site, A missing image icon shows. Right clicking and following the URL will go to the image.

Seems like there is an issue with generating the thumbnail/correct resolution image?

Migrated content & config from a previous ghost installation to latest. Ghost doctor detects no issues

Tried with multiple themes, but the issue persists. Any way to fix this?
