For the last few days with no success, I’ve Been trying to implement a Carousel element into my homepage that cycles through featured posts that you can click on. Similar to one of these websites https://loudwire.com/ or https://www.heavyblogisheavy.com/ . Has anyone done this on their own site or has anyone had an idea of how to add this functionality? Really hoping to figure this out. Thanks.
Have a look at how Ease does it, perhaps? It’s using Owl Carousel. If I were implementing Owl Carousel today, I’d probably switch over to version 2.x (I suspect Ease is still running 1.x), but the setup is not very different. And yes, you can pass in an autoPlay setting if you want it to move on its own, although it’s not necessarily a good feature for UX.
