Issues with mobile responsiveness after updating ghost to 1.25.2

I am having issues in display of images and content on mobile devices after updating ghost to version 1.25.2. I guess something to do with css etc.
How to fix this? I am using default theme Casper.

I am also facing the same issue with responsive design of Casper after upgrading to 1.25.2. Contents are overflowing and not visible in mobile device.com_the-ultimate-guide-to-setup-golden-gate-on-vagrant_(Pixel%202%20XL)%20(2)
