Links in Newsletters inserting "x-webdoc"?

I sent out my first newsletter (Yay!) but it included a link that I formatted with the online editor to go to a URL on my site. But the link in the email is dead. It shows that it’s a link with the underline formatting, but it doesn’t do anything when clicked. I copied the link and this is how Ghost formatted it:

x-webdoc://498BC2E6-3A97-452C-8ACD-952A85DF50A1/www.fleshboneandstory.com/killing-the-tricksters-2

Any reason why the “x-webdoc://498BC2E6-3A97-452C-8ACD-952A85DF50A1”?

I tried the feature of fixing the link in the newsletter analytics but the link appears correctly there.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Are you sure?

It looks to me like the link is missing the http:// or https:// part at the beginning?

When I checked the link in the link correction part of the analytics panel the http:// was there. But I may have not included it in the original composition.

It’s unusual to have to include the http:// in URL insert overlays (when you highlight text and the overlay pops up with the option to format a link). I wouldn’t have known that was necessary except for trial and error. Is that explained in the documentation somewhere?
