Login message showing {{name}} atrribute not the exact name

One of the users of my website reported an issue: every time he logged in a welcome message showed, but in the message, there is just an attribute {{name}}, not his read username, and he already set a name.

I’m using the Headline theme.

Site setup:

  • Version: 5.53.4
  • Environment: Production
  • Database: mysql8
  • Mail: SMTP

Any advice would be appreciated.
