I am using a Digital Ocean droplet to host a Ghost installation. I have been building the site for a month using https://new.thousandislandslife.com and today I took the site live so the domain is https://thousandislandslife.com. Since making the server changes, Ghost won’t send email so creating new authors and resetting passwords is impossible as far as I can see. I get the following error when I test the email in labs.
Failed to send email. Reason: Invalid login - 503 5.5.1 bad sequence of commands i14si2178255itk.73 - gsmtp.
Is this a Digital Ocean issue? Are they blocking the 587 or 465 to prevent email from sending?
