How can i update <html lang="{{@site.lang}}"> with a language selector (select input) ?

Have you checked out the multi-language tutorial? You can do this using templates and collections.

Yes, it works with posts but not with template, the html lang tag is not changed.

Have you found a way to switch language not from admin panel?
