Possible spam signups from real names and real domains?

I’ve gotten a couple of signups from various domains lately — standpointtech.com and highpointwest.us being some of the latest ones — that seem to go to real websites and have real identities on them at domains that have been registered for years.

My incredibly-tiny personal website in Australia has little relevance to a US electrical company or a software solutions firm. I’m dubious about these belonging to ACTUALLY real people so I’ve been deleting the memberships but I don’t know if I’m being over-cautious; I also don’t really understand what the angle is if they are spam — it’s real websites and the signup name matches people mentioned on the site but I can’t fathom why they’d want to register for my personal blog.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
