Tocbot finding headings, but not creating links

Using Casper, I followed the Tocbot instructions for Ghost, and the list is successfully created.

However, although the headings are found and listed, none of the links are created. Each item in the TOC links to /#.

I’ve tried earlier versions of Tocbot as well, but the issue persists.

Example: Should Whoop change its name to Whoops?

For others that may have this issue in the future: Check and make sure that your headings have id attributes.
