This is a community forum - There are no full-time staff here. Ghost is an open source project run by about 3 full time maintainers who work for a non-profit foundation. This forum exists for Ghost users to help each other.
So, please read the community guidelines, and help others who are trying assist you by providing any information requested.
Moreover, if English isn’t your first language, consider writing a post in your parent language first, and use Deepl or another service to translate into English.
Finally, please make the effort to put things in the right place, so that we can spend more time discussing and less cleaning up. So:
- Don’t start a topic in the wrong category.
- Don’t cross-post the same thing in multiple topics.
- Don’t post no-content replies.
- Don’t divert a topic by changing it midstream.
Rather than taking an existing topic in a radically different direction, use Reply as a Linked Topic. And, always use the Developer help template provided when starting a new thread.
