What's format of JSON file for import to Ghost?

Hi there,

I try to make export tool from WordPress to Ghost new version. I follow from this url How to Migrate to Ghost from other platforms but I think I found some a problem.

Follow by example, it use mobiledoc and html in posts object but when import it my content not show on Ghost. When I insert plaintext in object, it not show again. And I found mobiledoc was problem of this.

I want to know correct JSON format for import in Ghost and what is mobiledoc ?
