I have I have accidentally deleted a user on our account which had a lot of posts. Do we have any ways to roll back the data of this user, I dont have the JSON backup when deleting the user as my browser had crashed during collection of data.

Unfortunately, the changes you may are not reversible. You’ll need to restore a backup of your server.
How to delete a user
To delete a user, click on the gear icon from the user’s profile in the Staff dashboard and select Delete User.
Deleting a user is irreversible and will delete all data (including post content) associated with the user.
