Can I recovery deleted Posts?

So I need help, I accidentally delete the Author (Arry Novrialdy) from our blog team members.
Is there a way to recover all the deleted Posts?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble! You could try to contact your host to see if they have a backup of your database, otherwise unfortunately there’s no way to recover the data, per the warning:
