Are custom domains a premium feature now?

I set up Ghost before the summer and haven’t really used it since then. The Docker container has been paused over the summer.

Now I started it up again, and notice that some links aren’t using blog.domain.com, but localhost:2368.

I’m pretty sure the navigation section was all using blog.domain.com before, but were all changed to localhost:2368 now. Changed them back, but still seeing localhost links.

All I can find about it now is this. When did this change take place?

The help page you’re looking at is for Ghost (Pro). Ghost will use the URL you provided to generate all the links. make sure you pass the url (lowercase) env var to Ghost.

I recreated the container after the summer, and forgot to specify any environment variables.
