Article Author structured data to inherit schema from About Page

Hi there,

I would like each of my Articles/Posts to automatically inherit the structured data for the author from the About Page.

(I have re-routed the author tag to the About page. So when someone clicks on the author name in the Article, it takes them to the About page.)

Can @Ghost please suggest how do I achieve this?
