May I ask for your help:
On our website, paid membership go through stripe: customer got the Email confirmation for payment, and stripe account also get the money.
in Ghost: Received Customer ID after the payment, but still show as free member and no chance to cancel the payment. The payment will be renewed automatic for next period.
Ghost updated with latest Version already, but seems not help.
May I ask for your help: what can we check or set up, so that the paid memberships could be recognized automatic?
By the way, we have set up to forward the website address to a new one, does that matter / cause the issue?
