Hey, can you tell me how long does it take Ghost team to review a theme? Also do they send an email in case of acceptance or rejection?

Sometimes it takes months, sometimes about a week. I’m not sure what factors affect the timeline. It’s best to ask the Ghost staff directly. After submitting, you simply need to wait. Once your theme is reviewed, you’ll receive a reply with one of three decisions: rejected, approved, or changes required.

I don’t think PWA is a theme-specific feature. It’s something the blog owner should set up, rather than the theme creator.
