We are ready to share with you our latest Ghost Theme: Aspect
Aspect is a magazine theme featuring co-author support. It offers a grid layout for posts and a navigation sidebar, enabling smooth browsing and tag exploration.
Sometimes it takes months, sometimes about a week. I’m not sure what factors affect the timeline. It’s best to ask the Ghost staff directly. After submitting, you simply need to wait. Once your theme is reviewed, you’ll receive a reply with one of three decisions: rejected, approved, or changes required.
I almost plagiarized your work for my first theme, please consider my ugly version of this theme as a compliment.
I’m not a designer, and no commercial usage or profit will be obtained from it, but whatever bothers or offends your work, please let me know so I can fix it.
Thanks for being so considerate! I’ve checked your theme and it looks quite different from Aspect, so no worries at all about plagiarism. Wishing you good luck with your theme development!
Would you consider to add bottom nav on mobile view?
The article page on mobile is weird. There is a to much white space between header and title, under comments and share button and image and under the image also.
Whould it be better for comments and share button to be one next to another? Is this editable in ghost editor?
Theme is great on desktop resolution, but there is room for improvements for web mobile view. More that 80% of all trafic comes from mobile. Mobile first design approach is very important.
Thank you to the developers for the beautiful and well-crafted Aspect theme.
Check out the blog Meta-Media Ukraineon the Aspect theme — a great example of its capabilities.
Open to communication, offers, and new ideas.
I purchased and installed this theme a few weeks ago as a not-super-techy person. The theme itself is beautiful and has been working well for my use-case (and even inspiring a few creative ways of framing content that I wouldn’t have considered before installing it).
Almost more importantly (for me anyway lol) the documentation has been great and has gotten me everywhere I needed to go. I ran into one issue (I have an apostrophe in one of my tier names that wasn’t rendering properly in the portal forms) and I reported it to their staff; the dev team issued a fix within days. Updating the theme version was easy too (again based on the thorough documentation).
I’m newer to Ghost and while I was looking to purchase a theme I looked for reviews precisely BECAUSE I’m not super tech-savvy and I didn’t want to purchase a beautiful theme I couldn’t maintain. I wanted to share this for anyone who might be similarly considering pulling the trigger – the documentation has been so helpful as a baseline, and the support has been incredibly responsive. Thanks Priority Vision team!!
