I’ve implemented an Author Cloud Hover Popup Menu utilizing the fizzy theme.
I re-purposed the button at the top right, and modified some of the CSS to create a clean and simple navigation element for sites with a large number of tags where I don’t want to clutter up the visible UI, but do want to provide quick access to author pages.
