Block certain emails from sign-up?

I finally managed to move from Wordpress to Ghost. I still have tears of joy in my eyes. And now here comes the unknown.

The membership sistem is quite different. Is there an option to block emails from registering?

Let’s say I have my cool Ghost website, I let the membership option enabled, and one of the users is being rude to the others. If I delete it’s account it can register again? If so I can block his email adress? It could register with another one but after 2 blocked emails, no one can be that insistent.

Ghost itself can’t block certain emails from signup, but you can create an email blocklist through your email service provider.
For example, if you’re using Mailgun, you can add a blocklist by going to ‘Mailgun Dashboard => Suppressions => Bounces => Add Recipients.’"
