Thank you, but there was actually nothing like that in yarn.list. I rm’d yarn.* but am still getting the issues. 
You still need to comment out the node v6 source. Once you do that, make sure you run sudo apt update

Thank you so much for your help @vikaspotluri123. I kept trying all sorts of things but with no luck. I even set up a brand new droplet but then got all sorts of other problems. I tried a third time and kept it simple and this time it worked. Fortunately my Ghost export worked so I was able to import at least the text.
