Can you provide some more information, please? Since the nav bar is controlled by the theme (and different themes behave differently), there’s not enough information here for anyone to help.

I currently have the daily news theme installed and i recently added an announcement bar and afterwards, I noticed the nav bar which has an accent color when hovered has reveresed to black. So I am trying to get it back
