Is it possible to create a “leaky paywall” on ghost where a free member can access, say, 3 paid posts per month before hitting the paywall? I’m having trouble finding this option.

This is not included with Ghost. It would not be terribly hard to set up a cloud function (with a database behind it) that identified the user, looked up how many articles they had read, and delivered article access if they hadn’t hit the max yet. But it isn’t built in.
