Create custom roles

Is there any way to create custom roles? For example, I want to create a role that can see everyones posts, but cannot publish.

Hey @kbhaska. There is no way to do this at the moment. There is this idea topic which you can vote on and explain your usecase at - Custom team roles / permissions. Would rather limit conversation to that single thread to have things in one place :)
