I’d love to make a compelling header banner to put on my newsletter pages as a visual prompt to sign up.

But I want to have a nice header up top to prompt a sign up just like:
I’m on the Dawn theme and don’t want to switch to Ali’s theme holistically but I love the top header.
How can I do that?
