Hi,
I am very new to ghost. I would like to create a custom theme for ghost stories. Every time I change the theme, I am zipping it uploading it to local environment to see if things are ok. Is there a way where I can do this on the fly, like when I make a change in theme files, I can just refresh the browser and see the changes I’ve made?

Yes for the development pahse you should install ghost in your local machine and they you may edit the files easily. :)
