Custom Title when using custom-template.hbs

I created a .hbs file to create a page and the page title defaults to site-title(Page1). The Title parameter in the default.hbs is set to {{meta_title page=(t “meta-page”)}}. Any idea how I can edit the title of the .hbs file?
