Customize page with collection

Hi,

I’m wondering what the best way is to achieve the following:

  1. I want to create a page that is a collection of all blog posts with a certain tag.
  2. Additionally I want to be able to create some custom text / introduction on that page

Now I wonder what the best and efficient way to do this would be. It’s quite simple to create a collection page for a tag and add that to the navigation but there seems to be no way to add/edit static content to that page?
