Does embedding Vimeo videos count towards file upload limits?

Hello

I am new to Ghost and looking to join and pay for a plan. Before I do I would like to know if embedding videos from my Vimeo channel into my Ghost page counts towards the file upload limits?

Starter is 5mb and creator is 100mb.

I don’t work for Ghost Pro, but the limit shown (if you click the ? to get the popup) says it’s the max size for individual file uploads. (That’s NOT a max total.) An embed that points to the source (Vimeo) isn’t an upload at all, so embed away! :)
