I started working on my freemium account and decided not to move to premium yet. Seems like I cannot access the draft content, is that correct? Can I just copy it to avoid losing it please?

Are you talking about the free trial offered by Ghost Pro, with a url like subdomain.ghost.io, and you signed up at ghost.org?
You’ll want to reach out to their support address to get access to your content, if the trial has expired. (support at ghost dot org)
As far as I understand the Ghost Pro (ghost.org/ghost.io) offerings, there’s nothing I’d describe as ‘freemium’. (There’s not a free tier of hosting – only the free trial.) If you don’t plan to host with Ghost Pro, you’ll need to set up self-hosting, or choose another provider. You can read my opinions on some of the options here, if you’re interested:
