Hello!
We are trying to invite an author to our Ghost team and when we send the invitation, we receive this error:
Error sending email: Failed to send email. Please check your email settings and resend the invitation.
After refreshing the webpage, the member appears as invited but the email is never sent (we have checked in spam). When we press “resend”, we get this error:
The server has encountered an error.
We have tried sending a Test Ghost Email and we successfully received it. We were wondering if the servers had been down the past few days.
We have not found this exact error on the forum.
