Mail setup is working for staff invitations but not for member subscription.

We’re going to need more information. Do you have a proxy set up? Please provide some details if you’d like some help.

I use Cloudflare to manage DNS and proxy status is active for the domain.

So, as a first check, turn off the cloudflare proxy. Turn it to DNS only. Does that resolve the problem?

OK. Can you take a look at the network calls happening when you try to trigger a magic link? What specific URL is being requested when this error message results?

And then I’d take a look at your Ghost’s logs (on the server) and see if you see the request getting there, and what the server says about it…

Thanks for the help, my issue is resolved. The problem occurred due to difference in the support email ID and configured email.
