Failure when installing ghost production env into Homestead

Hello everyone, I am trying to set Ghost into a Homestead serve. I want to import it into /blog folder, but every time I try to install it the terminal gives me this.

A SystemError occurred.

Message: Systemd process manager has not been set up or is corrupted.
Help: Run ghost setup linux-user systemd and try again.

Debug Information:
OS: Ubuntu, v16.04
Node Version: v8.10.0
Ghost-CLI Version: 1.9.9
Environment: production
Command: ‘ghost start’

Try running ghost doctor to check your system for known issues.

Of course, I run the command it says hit ghost start again, but the same error prompts.

Any idea of what am I doing wrong?
