Favicon (publication icon) not updating

  • What’s your URL? Aegis Aeterna

  • What version of Ghost are you using? 4.1.2

  • How was Ghost installed and configured? Ghost(Pro)

  • What Node version, database, OS & browser are you using? Ghost(Pro), mysql, Windows 10 / Linux, Edge / Firefox

  • What errors or information do you see in the console? Ghost(Pro) (no console information)

  • What steps could someone else take to reproduce the issue you’re having?
    1 - Change the favicon to any other image
    2 - Expected behavior: Image is changed
    3 - Actual behaviour: It keeps showing the previous favicon.

Note1: It’s not a local cache, even on different machines it keeps displaying the old one.
Note2: When I remove the publication logo, it returns to ghost default favicon. But any upload shows the previous favicon.

After 24H the icon started to show. I believe it may be related with a centralized cache on Ghost(Pro).
