Favicon updating on some, but not all, pages

Hi! I’m using the Journal theme. I updated my Publication Icon, which is supposed to update my site’s favicon as well as the publication logo.

Weird thing is that my site’s favicon is updated when I click on a tag. However, on every other page, it’s not updated.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix it? Thanks for any help you can offer!

Sounds like a cache problem. If you use a different browser or clear cache on the current one, does that fix it?
