Feature Request: Signup Forms should be editable on Portal and be able to store more data

I took a PRO plan of Ghost even though I could not afford it for my business only to find out I cannot store anything other than the name and email address without complex coding and integrations. This is my sincere feature request to look into the Signup Forms.

This is low hanging fruit for the devs and incredibly basis info. Phone# and Adress data points, at the very least. Or just put 4-6 dummy data points in that can be assigned by the site owner? Surely that’s not a big lift.
