Getting "refused to connect" in Chrome when trying to view Ghost

I just installed Ghost on an ec2 instance on AWS. The install process went smoothly, and the domain name is all set.

When trying to actually visit my site it refuses to connect over https, despite getting the SSL cert. I have the correct security settings to allow connections over https and http from anywhere.

My URL is https://thecsweekly.com and the IP address is 54.236.103.118. Connecting with either in Chrome tells me ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Safari just doesn’t connect but I suspect it’s the same reason.

Never mind. I found out through Nginx logs that my SSL setup got messed up initially. I uninstalled Ghost entirely, and re-set it up anew and it works fine now.
