Ghost Install Sudo password problem

Ghost-CLI version 1.15.2
Debian 10 VPS
Node v10.21.0

Problem when trying to install Ghost.
Ran Ghost Doctor.
Asked me for Sudo Password that I never made.
Inputted my normal username password.
My username is not in Sudoers file error message.

How do I either create a Sudo Password or put my username into Sudoers file?
