I noticed high cpu and memory usage for my Brave browser tab (linux os) on the ghost.org home page and was wondering if anyone else experiences the same.
I’m new here. First post. Sawubona! Delighted to discover what’s been cooking in the Ghost community. I’ve recently got back into development after a ~10yr hiatus (organic farming!), and I’m super impressed with how the scene has evolved. My research, which includes testing and scanning code/architecture, has brought me to Astro/Sveltekit (for the more app-like responsive projects) + Ghost.
Its wonderful to see how easy it is today to just get on with building. I completed a simple book landing page for a writer in OZ and it took me ~15hrs including learning how Astro is set up. Phase two is integration with Ghost and importing his Wordpress blogs.
Looking forward to playing here and paying it forward. Thanks to everyone enlivening Ghost.
