Okay let’s talk about GDPR and ICO in the UK.

If you have a Ghost Pro service I understand Ghost is the Data Processor, does that make the Publisher the Data Controller?

And if so, does that mean the Publisher must register with the ICO?

Yes. You are responsible for your site, independent of where it’s hosted.

For ICO/UK specific stuff I have no insights though, sorry.
