Will the subscribers feature be able to meet the GDPR compliance by May 25?

It`s an important question…Wordpress by Automattic has the same issue . Ghost.org Pro cannot ignore it!
The terms and conditions for carrying out data processing on behalf must be set out in a written contract, in which the parties agree on the data protection and information security requirements.
So, where is Ghost Pro?
Ghost(Pro) does not collect any user data, nor does Ghost. The subscribers feature is in beta, and not recommended for production use.
