I recently did the Node10 and Ghost 2.25 upgrade - last week, 10 blogs on the same server.

Which was raised as Ghost update fails if config.production.json is a link · Issue #708 · TryGhost/Ghost-CLI · GitHub and closed by Austin Burdine with a note saying he thinks it was fixed but couldn’t test properly.

I can confirm that the issue is still present in the upgrade for 2.23 to 2.25
