anyone tried to monetize Ghost website with Ad Networks: Monumetric, Mediavine, Ezoic, AdThrive, etc?

I used to use Ezoic but moved to Mediavine last month. Both are really easy to implement in a couple of mins.
Ezoic is great if you have a small audience but it can really slow down your site. Join Mediavine or Adthrive as soon as you’re able to.

Sorry to be resurrecting an ancient thread, but I’m in the process for switching to Ghost from Wordpress and would love to know how you got Mediavine working so fast.
So it’s just a case of adding the script tags in your header/footer and then contacting Mediavine support to insert the ads at different areas of your new site. One thing to bear in mind is 90%+ of Mediavine sites use WordPress so out of the box you’d probably get a higher RPM on most WordPress themes but if you design your own Ghost theme that wouldn’t be an issue.
