Headline Theme - H1 missing

In the Headline Theme, Bing Webmaster console is asking for this on the homepage:

"Add a header to the page by using a <h1> tag and place it within the <body> of the page source."

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We’re working on a fix that’ll be pushed out in a future update to the theme.

I’m getting the same error in the Journal theme.

This problem still exists. Using Dawn. Wish there was an easy way to just stick some stupid header1 text on one line. Bing is an awful search engine.
