How to add a contributor to my Ghost blog?

I want to add writers to my blog but do not want reserve the power to unpublish/ delete a post to a small section of writers.

I see that “Contributor” user role is what I need. (source: https://help.ghost.org/article/26-user-role-capabilities)

This issue is I am unable to figure out how to add a new user as a contributor?

I did go through the page for inviting users (https://help.ghost.org/article/32-add-users) but no help.

Please help.

https://help.ghost.org/article/32-add-users is outdated. We will take care.

If you click on “Team” and then “Invite People”, you have to select the Role “Contributor” in the dropdown.

The Contributor role is available from 1.21.0.

I have updated my Ghost instance and the contributor role has appeared.
