How to clone posts and pages?

Sorry if I am ignorant. I do not find anything here about this.

I want to save a blog post and a page actually as a master
and then clone and edit it to have all the same structure for
different pages and blog posts.

I have not found a “clone” option or any other “template”
like option.

Granted I am new to the new version of Ghost 3 but any quick
insight would help for sure!

I started to use Ghost recently and I was fighting with similar problem.
I developed small add-on which is going to be good only for people who self-host Ghost instance.
