how to make Author Page on Casper like this, with text and Author image on the left side?

Casper already has author pages built in – all themes do. If you click the author page, you should see yours. (Hint: if elements are missing, the staff member should check their profile (bottom left corner from the Ghost dashboard) and fill in any missing items.
